Borany is Advisor on Corporate & Commercial and Labor & Employment practice areas at Mane Law Firm. Between 2015-2020, she worked as a legal officer and then promoted as a Deputy Director of the Legal Services Department at Arbitration Council Foundation (ACF). In her capacity, she has assisted the Arbitration Council to resolve more than 100 labor disputes. She has been involved in mediating and drafting agreements for the disputants. Besides, she has provided training on Cambodian Labor Law, Trade Union Law, and case preparation to workers and employers.
Furthermore, she worked for many national and international organizations including research and educational institutions, media, and human rights organizations for more than 3 years.
Borany was an Australia Awards recipient in 2018. In 2019, she earned her Master Degree at the University of Melbourne majoring in Employment and Labor Relations Law. In 2017, she also won a scholarship from Raoul Wallenberg Institute to study Master of Law in International Human Rights at Paññãsãstra University of Cambodia after completing her Bachelor of Laws in 2013. Borany is a Native Khmer with Full Professional Working English.
