Naren supports Corporate & Commercial and Tax & Custom practice areas at Mane Law Firm. From 2017-2020, Naren was an administrative and financial assistant for a UNDP disability rights projects and academic programs of Faculty of Law and Public Affairs of Paññāsāstra University of Cambodia.
As a part of legal aid services to persons with disabilities, Naren also conducted legal research, field investigation, and coordination among attorneys, clients, and courts in Criminal and Civil cases.

Naren holds a Bachelor of Laws and Master of Private Laws from the Royal University of Law and Economy. She is a Native Khmer and has Professional Working English.
