He has notable legal experience as a legal assistant to a judge at Kompong Speu Court of First Instance and later as a legal assistant to law offices in 2016, 2018, and 2019 subsequently.

...Sereyvatana earned a Bachelor of Laws in 2016 and a Master of Private Laws in 2018 from the Royal University of Law and Economics. He is Native Khmer and communicated effectively in both Khmer and English.
