Mr. Mony leads Litigation & ADR and Real Estate & Construction practice at Mane Law Firm. He has accumulated more than a decade of experience in law as a legal assistant to a prosecutor at the Supreme Court and Banteay Meanchey Court of First Instance from 2009 to 2013.
Between 2014-2020, Mr. Mony was a solo practitioner. He represented and litigated for clients in Civil dispute and Criminal cases before courts at all levels in Cambodia. He also conducted legal due diligence and crafted sale-purchase contracts of real estate that are range from tens of thousands to more than a million US Dollars.
...Mr. Mony is currently a member of the Bar Association of the Kingdom of Cambodia. He earned both of his Bachelor of Laws and Master of Private Laws from the Royal University of Law and Economics. He is a Native Khmer and has Professional Working English.
